My training and background has equipped me to work with a wide range of people at various life stages and from all sorts of backgrounds. I have experience in counselling and a variety of Psychotherapy and Counselling modalities which I use according to the difficulties people come to me for and the type of person.

My specific interests come out of many years of working with with women and their families during their childbearing years as a midwife and a Clinical Psychotherapist in the Blue Mountains, Australia.

I specialise in working with women who have experienced trauma which may impinge on their experience of conception, pregnancy, birth, and mothering as well as individuals who have experienced challenges and trauma in their early years of life.
