A few sessions of counselling can make a huge difference for people.

Your GP can also refer you for a limited number of sessions under the Psychological Therapy Services Program (PTS) preciously known as ATAPS.

As a general guide" Referrals for PTS Sessions are available for:

  • Young People
  • Perinatal (Postnatal Depression and Antenatal Depression or Anxiety) Depression - within the 1st year of your baby’s life
  • Complex Trauma
  • Risk of Self-Harm or Suicide
  • Trouble with Drugs and Alcohol
