A few sessions of counselling can make a huge difference for people.
By discussing your issues and describing the background to your situation you may find options and solutions you have not thought of before.

Counselling is also suitable for couples wanting to work on their relationship.

Your GP can also refer you for a limited number of sessions under the Access to Allied Psychological Services Program. (ATAPS).

Referrals for ATAPS Sessions are available for:

  • General Counselling (for people on low incomes)
  • Perinatal (Postnatal Depression and Antenatal Depression or Anxiety) Depression - within the 1st year of your baby’s life
